Very poor service by Philips Service Centre

I had purchased FWV357/98 VCD MP3-CD Mini Hi-Fi System, sr.no. HY00053003584, on 8th Sept on an expenditure of Rs.10, 000/- since the beginning it has been giving problemetical service, despite getting it attending during warranty period of 1 year, the problem could not be rectified. I have been contacting Philips service center and their helpline but very very poor and expensive service is being rendered without no satisfation and simply a lot of time is wasted for getting service
