LCD TV purchased from Kohinoor electronics, kandivali in May. The TV started giving problem from 1 month and the problem is repeated every 10 days inspite of being repaired by Philips engineer each time. The quality of service engineer is very bad. He just removes the TV from the wall mount and shakes it n puts it back and the TV starts working. Again after 10 days the same problem is repeated and the engineer does the innovative repair.
The Philips LCD TV sold by Kohinoor electronics is defective and hence the cost paid should be refunded
