I purchased FW-D390 Music System From Dass Electric Trading co. P Ltd, Aundh Pune-411007 on 8/3.
The system came for repair in 6 months and got rectified again since last three years again is in repair. The part named "CD MPgg Board (DVD)" is not avialiable with any repair center in pune. As they commented that Philips is not having that part. Hence the system which we bought at a price of Rs.16, 300/- is lying idle. Now dass has closeed its business from AUNDH, Pune. We stand a service class people think how to afford such a cost as become zero. Its my request thr this compliant that said part may please be made aviliable to us immediately.
