My complaint number is 999981860456594 for a philips LCD 32". I have been calling the service centre almost daily but there is no proper response available. They are not even able to detect the cause of the problem. I spoke to their Manager, Avneesh as well and he promised me to call back with a solution but I never received a call. Please can one look into the matter, My LCD is only 2 yrs old.
Is this the way Philips treats their customers?
