With great dissatisfaction of After Sales Service of PHILIPS (LCD TV 24PFL4505) I am logging this complaint hoping somebody is there to listen me.
In Dec I had purchased a Philips 24 inch LCD TV from KD Electronics Noida. Just after completing 1 year of warranty in Jan 12, TV start creating problem in Display.
I have logged a complaint (ID: PGZB0802120003, Name: Devendra Singh, Mobile:9810486438) against the same on 8th Feb 12 calling at PHILIPS customer care (1800-102-2929). Philips authorized Hi-Tech Service Centre sector 6 Noida, picked my TV on 9th of Feb 12.
Now, Its nearly 15 days passed still I have not received any response from Hi-Tech Service Centre. I have called so many times then they replied &-#039; there is one SSB card is not working in your TV we have to replace it, and currently they don’t have that Card' and It will cost me Rs 3500/. There is no defined time they let me know Upto what date they will return my TV.
Same I have complaint at PHILIPS customer care but on every call their executive promised me in 24 hours you will be informed by call for defined date, but still I have not received any Call or date when I will get my TV back.
Please help me to get my TV back from Philips, because there are nobudy in Philips to here our complaints they are only doing fake promises.
