I have purchase one philips mixer grinder from Nandilath G_Mart, Edappally, Ernakulam, invoice no. EKM_15529
dated 22 Aug. This is not working properly, every time is going tripped when we trying to grind. Due to this
complaint I had send this mixer three times in Universal electronics, Edappally, Ernakulam and first time they replaced trip switch, second they replaced motor itself and third time they do something and return back. But the problem of tripping is still there. So I am requesting repair properly or replace the deffective device or get it back and refund the money. If there is no response from your side I will compelled to proceede legaly.
