I gave my product Philips/Music system fw v795/21m for servicing on 16th March and was told that I shall be given it on 19th March. Till date the status is still work in progress. The non competence and excuses of the staff of Sector-45 Philips service station have really been unbearable. Also they charge unreasonably by charging for things which did not have problem and now they say are faulty. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
