My TV set down from last 3 months

Hi,

I Panchratan Rawal (Prashant) a Mumbai resident, have a Philips 29 " TV set. As there was some issues in the TV I logged a complaint with Philips on 8th Jan.

I preferred calling Philips for the repair thinking I will get genuine parts and good service.

The engineer visited from Philips service center to our place (Mira road) and took the complete circuit board saying some chip need to be replaced. Now it is three months we have not received the circuit board, I also escalated the case to Philips customer care but there is no follow-up from their side also.

We have almost 8 products out of 10 of Philips but no after this i will really never trust the Philips after sales service.

Its really worst.
