Sir, I have a Phillips music system which i intend to get repaired from Phillips Consumer Care. However each time when I call the toll-free helpline number the executive tells me to get back after sometime but nobody does so. It has been over 3 weeks now and nobody from Phillips has bothered to call back and resolve my problem despite several phone calls. They further refuse to give any email id or connect to seniors and simply disconnect the phones. I am horrified at the dismal level of service provided by Phillips. I have spoken to atleast 10 executives (Ms Asma, Mr sachin choudhary etc) at the call centre but they take customers to be fools.
I discourage all music lovers to stop buying Phillips Music system because if your music system stops working they cannot service you.
