DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I HAD PURCHASED A 4 BURNER GLASS TOP GAS STOVE OF PIGEON FROM MAX HYPER MARKET INDIA PVT LTD, MANGALORE ON 27/3 BEARING BILL NO 15/32469 ON 1.12.2011 THE GLASS TOP OF THE STOVE GETS CRACKED AUTOMATICALLY BUT WEN WE COMPLAINED THE PIGEON SERVICE CENTRE THEY SAID THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR THE GLASS BUT ACCORDING TO ME IT CRACKED BY ITSELF DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT, WE HAVE HEARD MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD ALSO .HOW CAN A CO. NOT PROVIDE A GUARANTEE FOR THIS NOW THEY ARE ASKING US TO REPLACE THE GLASS PANEL WHICH IS OF WORTH RS.1500/- DO THEY GIVE GUARANTEE FOR THIS OR WILL WE HAVE TO LOSE THIS AMT EVERY YEAR.
