I HAD PURCHASED A PIGEON RAPIDO INDUCTION STOVE IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER FROM PAI SALES INTERNATIONAL MANGALORE, THE SYSTEM HAS A WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR AND WITHIN THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY THE TOP HEATING PLATE OF THE UNIT CAME OUT DUE TO ADHESIVE FAILURE AND THE FRAME PARTIALLY DAMAGED. FOR THIS MANUFACTURERS DEFECT THE COMPANY TECHNICIAN INFORMED ME THAT THE CHARGE FOR THE REPAIR SHOULD BE BEARED BY ME EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY.
