I brought my samsung slider handset on 12/19 with 2 year warranty from Planet-M. The sales men told me that slider is covered in warranty. My slider stopped working on Feb and when i took it to planet-m they told me that slider is not covered in warranty and i had to argue with them about it and they finally accepted the product saying that they will take it to service center. They took the mobile handset on Feb 15th. When ever i call them, they say that the mobile is at samsung service center and the samsung service center is waiting for part to come from bombay. Planet-M is refusing to give me a Service request number from samsung saying that samsung service center is not giving them the request number. It has been 2 and half months and i dont believe any part will take that long to get it from bombay. Please look into issue if possible.
