Eduction of balance

Hi, i am srinivasan (7502864007) i am using aircel sim card. they many times reduced my prepaid balance. they activated friend zone pack without my permission.

i lost my balance RS 30. my friends also tell like this. if i am call to aircel customer care, thy tell our system updation going on so call later.

so please take immediate action...
