POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

WE PURCHASED 8 PCS VOLTAS 1.5 TON SPLIT ACS FROM M/S RECO ELECTRONICS OF ASANSOL ON 11.10.2011. THE ACS WERE INSTALLED ON 12.03.2012 AT OUR BANKING HALL. SINCE THEN FOUR MACHINES ARE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. WE ALWAYS CALL YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE M/S COOLING CENTRE. BUT, THEY ALWAYS COME AFTER ATLEAST FIVE CALLS. NECESSARY HELP IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE FROM M/S RECO ELECTRONICS. NOW, ONE OF THE AC MACHINE IS RUNNING OUT OF GAS SINCE MORE THAN ONE MONTH. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS ONE SERVICEMAN CAME AFTER NEARLY 20 DAYS AND HE LEFT OUR BRANCH WITH ASSURANCE TO MAKE IT OPERATIVE WITHIN 2 DAYS. BUT, WE ARE SORRY TO INFORM YOU, THAT AFTER THAT ONE WEEK HAS BEEN PASSED, BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. NOW, WE HAVE BECOME DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE OF THE VOLTAS ACS AND AFTER SALES SERVICE OF M/S COOLING CENTRE, ASANSOL AND WE ARE GOING TO REPORT OUR HEAD OFFICE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANY VOLTAS PRODUCT.
