Poor Product Quality

I am using a Whirlpool310 Ltr fridge for the last 5 Yrs. But I am in disbelief taht a company of such a repute can sell such poor quality product. Pl let me clarify its not me my three friends who have the same product are facing the same problem.

1. My compressor failed exactly two days after expiry of warranty period.

2. The main door handle broke away this year.

3. Chiller tray cover broke down this year.

4. The biggest design failure, now my main door top hinge has broken. (Complaint No. DL 0712033198)

Pl dont think i am a careless user. I used my previous fridge of Godrej make 165 Ltrs for 17 yrs.

Now after launching a complaint on 25 Jul 12 about the hinge I am waiting for the mechanic to come with the right part to replace the item.

All this is happening while I am sitting at Delhi. God save rest of the places.
