My NOKIA C500 cell phone has not been working fine since the day of purchase. Its display has been changed twice, the battery has some problem. reached out to Nokia careline for about 20 times now but the guys working are not aware of anything. Technicians are not aware what to do and how to do. they do not know how to comuunicate wth Clients and the Client satisfaction level is "ZERO". Would request if these centres can be shut down so that the customers do not face such humility.
NOKIA ia a brand but today i have changed my mindset against it. the feedback is is negative about it with the kind of people hired by NOKIA.
I logged in a complaint in NOKIA CARELINE and the call was addressed by wn executive and when i tried to escalate it was not even taken up. the seniors were always not available to talk. this is intolerable and the level of disrespect is too high. not sure where this msg of mine is going to reach but would expect an action on this as I am ready to go to the consumer court now to work on this.
