I bought a samsung galxy y duos phone from Carriano Next Kamla Nagar Delhi 4 months ago. It was working fine till the last month when the network of my phone keeps on disconnecting even in a full coverage area. Even if the network restores the packet data usage is not steady, the 'E' mark on the top of the screen keeps on coming and going. This is very frustrating, its my first android phone and I would like to continue my android journey on samsung phones only if this problem is resolved. I m using Vodafone IN in 1st sim and Dolphin in the 2nd also the packet data is used of Vodafone (1st sim). I've tried checking GSM only mode and selecting my network manually from network providers screen but of no help. Reply ASAP.
