LO incoming and out going voice

I have purchased a Nokia X2 model phone about one year 6 months back. There is a defect in the hand set since I have purchased this phone. Low incoming and out going voice problem./ at least 6 times I have given at hyderabad Service Centers. I have paid for an extended warranty. It is unfortunate that I have choosen to buy this phone. Poor service. Company must refund my money or provide me another phone set.
