I am really fed up with the pathetic service of IFB. Despite lodging the complaint for over twelve days, my washing machine is still not rectified. Filmsy reasons are provided by the area customer manager and keeps promising to get the machine repaired, which are not kept once the call is completed. I have called umpteen number of times to IFB call centre and the customer care manager. This is putting me through lot of agony and distress despite spending more than Rs. 3-.
In the end, I am helpless and at the mercy of IFB India. I hope IFB is reading all these complaints and understand how much reputational damage it is incurring for its products.
