We had purchased Double door refrigerator on 12/11 and we need to call customer care because door was damaged and Ice Tray Problem (When you twist the Ice tray ice should fall into the container).

After 20 to 22 days door was replaced after we called so many times for the update and executive had changed the tray saying that it was the problem in the tray so he is replacing it. But still it is the same problem in the ice tray. Called again cust care and lodge a complaint. again executive had come was not able to rectify it because due to frequent power cuts ice did not form (We had used it) and went back saying that he will come next day to chk it. And called him in the morning said he will come and again in the noon said he will come, but called again the evening cause he did not turn up, and he says it is the problem in the fridge and he cannot come to chk and if i need i can go to the showrooms and chk there itself, am i fool to buy your product by paying 25k and take the fridge to the showroom for chk up.. and he has closed the complaint also by not solving it nor informing it (i came to know only after i called cust care to complaint again. Executive Name (Manju).

(complaint Num: N1012999287). Is this the way they serve their customers. Am i mad to spend 25k for the fridge and stand there and take the ice cubes manually by hitting something on it. And i had send an email also to [email protected], but no reply.

Plz dont buy products from Godrej, they dont help customers when they need.
