Poor Delvery and Customer Service

I have purchased Haier Washing machine from Vasanth and Co. They are not delivering the washing machine. If i call and ask about the delivery date and time. They daily give false reason for delivering Haier Washing Machine. Is there any direct complaint number / fax number or email??? My email id is [email protected]
