Not working

Dear Sir, Madame

I purchsed AquaSure water puryfier 1.5 months back. Water filter worked for just one day and from second day water gets blocked to upper container. I complained this to aquasure and got complaint nr 69271174 but no service has been provided. They don't respond to me now.
