I, Hemant S. Sapre residing at Flat No. 401, Tirthraj Apartments, Vasna Road, Vadodara has bought Aquasure W/P storage UV from Sales Corner (Baroda) Pvt. Ltd., Radha Daya Complex, Manisha 4 Rasta, Old Padra Road, Vadodara on 3rd June.
The original Aquasure was immediately replaced as it was not working and the one which we continued to use for last 1 month was giving teething troubles throughtout
I had given complaint to Aquasure on 6 th July regarding the Problem of the light and empty tank indication even though the water tank is fully filled. Mr. Firoz from the company came and attended the problem and requested me to change the unit if possible as the spare parts are not available so easily as the product is no more in the market because of no production.
I went to Sales Corner and requested them to change the product as it was in warranty period. But they are not ready to exchange the product even though I have the the original bill and warranty card as I don't have the carton box of the product in which I brought the product home.
