Dear Samsung Authorities;
I have purchased a LCD TV 23 Months back.
Recently we observed some lines and brightness elevated on the TV screen... I called Samsung customer care (Complain No : 842577775) and they sent a service engineer on 22-Dec. He said that the TV panel has to be replaced and I need to pay Rs.15 to 19 thousand to repair.
he concluded this without checking anything like timing and control board or any fuses, only seeing the lines on TV screen.
and I came to know that its a common problem with Samsung TVs.
I was completely shocked to listen this. Because I purchased the TV around 30k and need to spend Rs.15-19k to repair it.
I feel completely cheated on buying the Samsung TV as I was told that the same is a good product and I would never have to worry about its performance.
Kindly do the needful.
