1. I purchased aquaguard protec plus on 13 Nov invoice no. 13080. The sales representative Mr Raman agarwal said that life time free service document alongwith gifts as per the offer will be delivered within four days. After almost two months and numerous call to the individual and Sri ganganagar office there is no response.
2. Eureka Forbes or the office at Shri Ganganagar has not even replied to the mail sent earlier.
