I have an Aircel connection and I am having network issues since Friday, 4th January, 2013. The problem is that I am unable to receive calls and messages and the recorded message says number not in use / number switched off. I have spoken to the customer care executives thrice but they do not know the reason behind this issue and have asked me to simply wait. This is a major problem for me since I am not able to figure out who all are calling me up and hence I am not able to revert back either. Kindly help.
