We bought a vegetable chopper of KORYO, its under warranty period and it malfunctioned so we sent it to local koryo service center for repair, we sent it for r epair on 23.09.2012 n till date they are delaying it week by week telling the part damaged is out of stock.we called several times to their helplines n asked for the necessary repair sooner but no use.if the product under warranty had such response from the company what do we expect of after sales service, n moreover the make such attractive promises of service after sales.kindly help in the matter.
