I purchased a Sony Ericsson W205 mobile from PlanetM store, #29, KSRTC Layout, Utharahalli main road, Bangalore with following details on the store invoice (bill)

When I went for repair to the Sony Ericsson service centre my data could not be entered and when I complained the same in the PlanetM store where I purchased the mobile,
They gave me another bill to show in the service centre with following details

Customer ID- 309003579
EMEI: 359478039526830
I doubt for same mobile with same EMEI number there are 2 invoice receipts issued by the retailer.
My date of purchase being 26th Sep which is 13 days after the mobile is registered in sony ericsson site I feel like cheated.
I am doubtful that I have been issued a second hand mobile with duplicate seal.
I have both the store invoice receipts present with me in original.
Please help me in finding the solution of my problem and approach to complain against the store
