I am Mohit Goyal, i bought LG split AC through employee referral program in May 2010. When LG engg. install AC in my house it's not cooling they told GAS is not there and they filled GAS in AC and its start working. I used AC only for 2-3 month in year(summer season). Next year 2011 when we use its not cooling again same story LG Engg. came and filled GAS in AC and ensure there is no problem with AC now onwards. Next year 2012 when we use its not cooling again same story LG Engg told valve has some leakage which they replace and filled GAS. Again this year it's not working till now i didn't call LG service centre because this time also they didn't try to find the root cause of this problem.
I am felling you guys gave me defective piece and moreover you are not able to find the root cause of this problem. So I am requesting you guys to please replace this AC as after so many services still it's not working properly.
