This is in-continuation to my complaint dated 1.9.2010 regarding failure of authorised service centre in providing smooth service. Not only the service centre failed to give service but also caused a huge harassment by taking the A.C. repeatedly to their workshop and reporting a new problem each time. For rectifying these problems, demand of more money enhanced my trouble upto this extent. With lot of hopes, I submitted a complaint on [email protected], but no action by them, has confirmed me that I have choosen a wrong brand while purchasing an A.C. I have no hope and faith left in me that either Samsung or any its authorised service centre is capable to repair my A.C. I don't think, Samsung is anymore reliable brand now. Anyway, best of luck and great future ahead.
