I availed reliance resq care plan while purchasing a samsung refrigerator vide invoice no : 005002 Dt 11.02.2012@ 16:22:14, from Reliance digital retail Ltd, Shivam road, Hyderabd at that time the store persons have requested to have a reliance resq care plan, with available coupons in that plan AIR CONDITIONER service is also available, when i asked for that, the person who is in charge of resq care plan had not responded to the calls made from my mobile 9490988254, but had a worst behaviour, this indicates that the commitment against consumers is of poor in nature and reflect on the Company. Hence have a watch on the workers at the stores and do needful to the consumers at the earliest as the service is not of free and is of certain terms & conditions... expecting early reply... ramana 9490988254
