Pathetic Service

I have an Electrolux AC and with the weather change, I planned to get my AC serviced. However, I made the biggest blunder of my life that rather than depending on unauthorized service centres, I chose company authorized service centres.

My problems started the day I called service centre number. The initial request was made on 9th May against which the engineer came and advised that the AC will have to be taken to the service centre. We requested to take the AC on Friday, 13th May as we were going out of town. However, no body came on Friday and I received a call again on Saturday evening to collect the AC. I again requested to have the AC collected on Monday, as we were out of town. As usual, person did not come on Monday and picked up the AC on Tuesday (17th May). They advised that the same will be returned on Thursday, 19th May.

Since 19th May, my problems have started. I am running from Pillar to Post to get my AC, but all requests are to deaf ears. Their service centre always say that they will arrange a call back, however, it does not happen till date. The senior person is never in the office and I never get to talk to any senior.

Can anybody tell me, why my AC is not coming back.

Pls.also advise why no body is informing what's happening.

I pledge that I will not purchase Electrolux product again, but pls. return my AC.

I humbly request, PLZ... PLZ... PLZ...
