Sir,
I have got Airtel pre-paid connection in my Mobile, No. 9971440175 since last 6 years. Once a message came to mobile i.e. you have been renewed for VOD at Rs. 5/- subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5. Jobs alerts *321*333#
Then Rs. 5/- per day deducted from my mobile balance. I sent message to stop or discontinue this services and also met local Airtel Office to stop this service. They also assured me to stop within 24 hours. But sorry to state that since last 1 1/2 months have been passed for, no message came for discontinued or stop services.
Whenever, I recharge mobile, it started activated and deduct Rs. 5/- per day.
I would request you to please help in this regard to avoid unnecessary harrasment.
I await your early reply otherwise I will disconnect Airtel connection from my mobile.
Pls help.
