Wrong Recharge of Rs. 100

Sir / Madam,

My mobile no is: 9890619482 which is the Airtel Maharashtra Circle Number and I am using it since Sep 2007. The current scheme for my number was that of 1paise/second.

Since my balance was 16paise, I recharged my account with Rs.100/- (only for talktime, i have validity till Jan) from a shop near my place. I recvd an E-recharge message saying you have got TT of Re.1/- by recharge of Rs.100/-.

This Re.1 is also not shown in my Balance but i can call to any number.

Things to Note :

1) My scheme of 1paise/second got terminated and i am getting charged Re.1 for every call.

2) Also i cannot send any message since the balance shown is only 16 paise.

3) When i connect to Customer Care, they say you can't talk with the representative since your balance is low...

What is the fuss, when i can recharge smoothly from an ATM card...

The shopkeeper has no answer for this... If he's serving the customer, he should do it full-fledged.
