Sir I am Ritesh Gupta from allahabad using iPhone with Airtel connection my no. Is 9695392594. on 9th of July I have recharged Internet tarrif of Rs450 and it is saying that ur phone settings doesn't support but and they have cut the amount of Rs 200 when I was using my Internet service under wifi conectivity so now sir u tell me when I try to call on Airtel helpine it comes bussy and in case anyone picks phone they use to put my call on hold and charge 50 paise which should not be taken bcz when I'm facing problem then only I will call to customer care so there should not be any charge for that and tell me how to solve the problem as soon as u can other wise I have to leave Airtel connection it's upto u solve my problem or TATA to Airtel services??? I'm waiting for ur response so reply soon...
