Dear Sir, I purchased a hitachi t.v.29" about 15years ago. We derived great viewing pleasure as the t.v gave us trouble free service. We have a sentimental value for this t.v and therefore do not wish to dispence with it. T.V modelisc2980fs/code121 serial no s9c002588.About a month ago the t.v. stopped functioning. We tried to speak to the local dealer but he said its to old and therefore he is unable to help. Moreover the t.v is made in singapore therefore spares maynot be available. My request is that someone should atleast visit us and identify the problem. I am an old man and donot have the strength to carry such a heavy t.v from pillar to post. Pl. help me.
