INEFFICIENT COOLING

My window ac is not working properly I have lodged the complaint to your Kanpur Office but they have not attend the complaint properly inspite of my various request to your service centre Kanpur (UP). Please look into the matter personally & advice to your engineer to

check cooling of my ac & visit after 6pm at any day.
