I have purchased printer from Hp and sumbitted by papers with gurnaaz for redepmtion and recd the mail that gift will be delivered within 8 weeks bt still not recd. Called so many time over the phone also bt no trace. Papers deposited with them on 25th July by hand. Pls anyone can help me in this regard.
