I bought Airtel pre-paid card. On that no. Airtel activated caller tune which I'd never asked, nor sent any SMS for that. When I tried to call there customer care no. 121, it said for complaints dial 198 and when I dialed 198, it said dial 121. Does that mean that when ever I will re-charge, Airtel will deduct Caller Tune charges from me even if I don't want and take customers for a ride as it wants? Till when telecoms will continue to do such frauds?
