Dear Sir,
I have two Delhi based Mobile Connections:
1. 9810331187: I had got this set charged for Rs.249/- at Bangalore on 22nd June 11 and also promptly received a confirmatory SMS message in this regard.
2. 9717726667: I had got this set charged for Rs.249/- at Bangalore on 23rd June 11 and also promptly received a confirmatory SMS message in this regard.
Since the last two days I found that all incoming and outgoing calls on these mobile sets ceased to happen as also the SMS messages.
I checked with the vendor and much to my shock I discovered that the two recharges that I got done on my two mobiles could not be credited to my account since mine were Delhi based connections.
This money i.e Rs.249/- each, in full, on the above two mobiles have been debited to the vendor’s account and is with Airtel.
I request the concerned authorities of Airtel to kindly credit Rs.249/- each to my above two mobile connections and resolve the matter since whatever error that has happened is an inadvertent one and I should not be penalized for the same.
I look forward to an early favourable response from Airtel.
