Unable to use the Rs. 225 booste

I am unable to use the 225 booster which enables me with Airtel to Airtel 10p and others 50p with 6000 local and national messages for 90 days. it always said "RECHARGE NOT SUCCESSFUL."

when i asked the customer care (121) about it they said that i had a roaming booster valid for one year already. when i wanted to get it cancelled they asked me to text BC to 404 or 405, (am not sure) so that i can get my 225 booster activated...! but that did not work either.am still not able to use the 225 booster.

what do i do to have the booster activated?
