Unnecessary charges

Hi

I am sick and tired calling airtel and asking them to waive off the unnecessary charges that they have been applying on my bills for last couple of months.

They have been charging me for blackberry services but i don't have a blackberry phone so why will I activate this service.they have been charging for some hungama services which I never used.

When I asked them to waive these charges they refused.

I will not pay this bill untill they waive off this charge.

pathetic network and pathetic services.

half the time their network services are down.internet doesn't work.you can't make or recieve calls.

poor customer service. People are rude and they hang up on you if they can't answer your query.

I just don't want to ever be with airtel.
