My self santosh kumar singh, i have taken newly air tel prepaid mobile connection, from the time i have taken the connectivity balance is getting deducted by own, even though i have recharged with internet pack, Sms Pack for each & every packs enough balance is already there.even though too much of balance is getting deducted from the main balance.when i am trying to reach customer care again & again they are as usual not reachable to speak.deduction is not happening only one time.its every day story.i am not able to keep a track of it.i am fade up of this.trying Requesting you all do the needful.
