Dear Airtel,
It is so nonsence to receive a message from AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE regarding the closure of complaint. In fact, AIRTEL engineer/employee had never visited/attended the place of complaintant. It is height of harrasement for me.
Dear sir I would like to draw your attention that I have registered complaint on May 26. And thenafter everyday, I had requested to Customer care for timely followup. I have discussed with the customer care at least for 7 to 8 times. I have also discussed with engineer of the company for 4-5 times. I have also registered complaint at [email protected]. However, no active action has been taken from AIRTEL. I have no option except to go for consumer court or writ petition to other judisiary authority.

I dont wish to associate with the said highly nonsence company. I want to file suit against the company.
