Inefficient Customer care service

Myself Dr Biplab Saha customer of Airtel DTH service having customer ID 3001408434.Since Friday evening (11.6.2010) I sent a repeated request for addition of ESPN top up packages 6 times through online (once), SMS (two) and speaking to Customer care executive (Three). On that day my balance was Rs.122. Till today (13.06.2010) morning, the channels have not been activated. Consequently, I am being deprived of world cup matches. I did not expect such incompetent and irresponsible people in the customer care of a reputed company like Airtel.
