My daughter purchased a Nokia supernova 7610 on 28/03/09 (guarantee period is over).but from day one the volume has been low and she has been to the dealer and tother shops of Nokia but they all said that is the maximum for that model and she didi not do anything not even lodge a complaint. recently she wanted to purchase a new one and when i asked why, she came out with this reason. i was shocked that a company of Nokia's standing can fob of a faulty design (as it transpires from the number of complaints above) on the consumers in India.my opinion of Nokia as the best in the business as undergone a drastic revision.is there anything that can be done as my daughter needs a phone badly?
