This is a complaint against one of the franchises of Airtel Digital Tv - Vriti Infocomm - who are responsible to sell the kits and install Airtel Digital TV.
I ahd booked Airtel Digitav Tv Kit online. After that I got a call from a Sales executive - Mr. Sharad Dixit from Vriti Infocomm. He had called me on 24th april assuring me that if I made the payment online for the Airtel Digital TV immediately, the installation will be done by 6pm on the same day. He confirmed that once the payment is made he will himself get it done and the situation will not arise that he will stop picking my calls. Once the payment was made I called him at least 50 times but Mr. Sharad did not pick up my call.
Later on the installation was done on 27th April and the commitment given by me was not fulfilled. Also none of the executives were ready to give me the cell no of any of the senior so that I could put in a complaint. I called Mr. Taufiq (manager), the cell was picked up by Mr. Sachin and as soon as I told him that I want to speak to Mr. Taufiq, he disconnected my call.
I also visited Vriti. I met Customer Head ans Sales Manager. They apologized but did not let me meet the executive. They said that he is not available. They gave a small kit of a T shirt and cd pack as a token of sorry. I specifically asked them to ask the executive to give a call and apologize for the rude behaviour but have not got a call still. I have also mailed the CEO of the company, but he has also overlooked the matter.
I think Airtel should look into the matter as the franchises are making fool of the customers and the reputation of Airtel Company is being hit.
