AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
Neither providing service nor refund money

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Airtel costomer ID No is 3003822607. Airtel Digital TV is failed to provide service since last dt. 07.10.10.

I am having this connection since last 6 month with paid 1 year subscription charges. After 6 month Airtel Digital SETUP Box got failed due to manufacturing defect. Airtel has changed it with old setup box. They could not activate my set up box since bigining. Now the Set up box itself is not working.

I reuqeted them to resolve the problem or refund the money. But they do not want anything and they could not resolve the problem.

Now I request you to help me inthis matter.
