I have purchased a Airtel digital TV connection on 14/10 through my credit card. payment done through the voice recongnition. as per per airtel they should do the installation within 72 hrs. but it is 10 days over i yet to get a call from them. i made 500 calls to the airtel customer care no respoense from them. please take neccassary action and sort out the issue.
