I took an Airtel Digital HD new connection and specifically said I want Tamil regional add on given free of cost for life time. The Customer care person agreed and said Sun TV and K TV will be given free of cost and told me to make the payment by credit card for immediate action. I paid Rs. 2, 514/- on 13th March. The installation was done on 15th March when I found that Tamil top up has not been activated. Today on 16th I again talked to the customer care at 18001028080 with Mr. Ritish Jeriwal. I told him to run the tape and see what I have asked at the time of booking and what has been given by Airtel. He told me in an unfriendly manner to lodge a customer compliant and also added that nothing will happen unless you pay additional charges for the Tamil package.
